Account
No. Your subdomains are included in your plan. For example, if you add a main domain (eg: www.cookieyes.com), then all subdomains (e.g: app.cookieyes.com) will also be included in your plan.
Yes, you can add multiple domains in a single CookieYes account. You have to subscribe to a plan for each domain that you will add.
You can sign up on CookieYes without any credit/debit card details and use the full version of your chosen plan for 14 days.
After your 14-day trial ends, you will be automatically subscribed to our Free plan. You can upgrade to the paid plans, after making the payment.
Pricing
You can modify or upgrade your subscriptions at any time through the Upgrade tab on CookieYes.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. You will be able to use the service till the end of the plan duration.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Features
Our in-built scanner will scan your website and identify all cookies and scripts on your website. With the help of our database of cookies, the scanner will categorize cookies and the results are made available as a cookie audit table that can be enabled on your consent banner.
It may take a few minutes to a few hours to complete the scanning of your website. This depends on the number of pages to scan and the website speed.
When you initiate a website scan on CookieYes, at a time, a certain number of pages will be scanned. This depends on the plan you have subscribed to. For example, with a Free plan you can scan 100 pages per scan, and with an Ultimate plan, you can scan 8000 pages per scan.
Automatic script blocking is an in-built feature on CookieYes that blocks all third-party cookies from being set until a user has given their consent. Only after the user gives consent or opts in for any cookie categories, CookieYes will allow the cookies to be set.
Third-party cookies such as Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, Hotjar Analytics etc. are auto-blocked by CookieYes until the user gives consent.
Automatic cookie blocking works with embedded elements such as Youtube, Twitter, or Vimeo embeds.
Yes. You can manually add third-party cookies to block on CookieYes. Follow our guide on script-blocking to know how to implement it.
Geotargeting is a feature that helps you display a consent banner as per the user’s location. As GDPR and CCPA have different regulations, CookieYes gives you the possibility to display the two different banners based on the user’s location. So you can set two different banners at the same time and geo-target one for EU and UK and another for California or the US.
Yes. CookieYes supports 30+ widely spoken languages across the world such as English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese. Follow the guide to set auto-translation and see the full list of languages.
There are two scenarios of how auto-translation works. The first scenario is when a user changes the default/current language of your website using the language switcher in your main navigation, CookieYes will automatically convert the default language of your consent banner to the language of the website.
The second scenario is when a user has a browser language other than the default language on your website, the consent banner will auto-translate to that browser language. (If the browser language is among the 30+ languages supported by CookieYes).
Consent Log will record all user consents given via the banner on your website. The information recorded includes: IP address (masked), Country, Consent Status, Date & Time. You can enable this feature in the ‘Site Settings’. The consent logs will be recorded as per UTC.

CookieYes is platform-agnostic and can be successfully implemented on custom-coded websites or CMS websites.
CookieYes consent banner can be implemented on any CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Joomla, Blogger and so on. Follow our CMS documentation for setting up CookieYes on your website.

Yes. CookieYes can be easily integrated with single-page applications such as ReactJS and NextJS.
Data collection
CookieYes only collects the masked IP address of your visitors for keeping a record of cookie consents in the Consent Log. We do not collect any other personal data of your visitors.
CookieYes does not keep any personal data of your website visitors. However, in the consent log, the masked IP address of your visitors are recorded.
You can delete this data by contacting support@cookieyes.com. Note that your website visitor’s data will also be deleted when you permanently delete your CookieYes account.
The CookieYes application (app.cookieyes.com) is hosted in DigitalOcean data centre in London. You can read our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for more details.
